Maple Lawn's pièce de résistance is the expansive Magnolia Terrace, an absolute jewel of a garden area just east of the blue-and-white mansion. As you enter through an ornate iron gate, the first thing that greets you is a profusion of colorful, blooming hedges. Just ahead is a raised, canopied terrace, and stretching out beyond that is an incredibly lush lawn surrounded on three sides by mature magnolia and camellia trees. Running straight through the center of the grass is a wide brick promenade adorned with two multitiered fountains topped dramatically with Greek goddesses.
What a spectacular setting this makes for your ceremony, as friends and family seated on the lawn watch you walk down that center aisle to meet your partner beneath a neoclassical arch. After vows are exchanged, everyone is invited to toast your new life with a glass of bubbly on the terrace.

Ceremony only: $2,500. This is the perfect intimate setting in which to exchange vows, provide glorious photo opportunities, and finish with a Champagne toast under the canopy. Two hours total to share your commitment with your loved ones in a safe environment.

Catering a list of preferred vendors is on our website. Outside caterers allowed with prior approval.
Cake or Dessert is through your caterer or outside baker
Linens and table top decorations, name signs, etc
Corkage Fees if a special wine or liquor is purchased for service to your guests
Beverage Packages All alcohol must be purchased through the venue. Non-alcoholic events are allowed to bring in outside drinks through the caterer.
Event Liability Insurance available through your homeowner or renters insurance or a one-day provider such as Event Helper.
Music: DJ, live band, quartet, Sonos, play list, etc - and additional lighting if desired
Day of Coordinator is required by the venue, or an Event Planner already working with client.
